		<description>Interesting, Jannique.  We judge by what we know, I guess, and train service between cities in the US ranges between non-existent and poor.  Once, planning to take a train from Boston to Chicago (due west), I found that I could do that only by going via New York City (due south).  Thanks for the insightful comment.  -- Bob</description>

		<description>If you had visited the Northern (and less populated) parts of the Netherlands, your opinion about train service may have been different. In general trains run more frequently in the Randstad (Western part where the big cities are). Did you know that in general the Dutch are not particulalry content about their public transport? I appreciated it again, however, after my experiences with busses in Oz!</description>
